In its quality of FIWARE iHub, IoT Lab deliver modular courses encompassing the complete set of knowledge and tools necessary to start with the FIWARE ecosystem, from the very first contact to a ready-working cloud-based city application suite. IoT Lab follows the ADDIE Model, a generic process traditionally used by instructional designers and training developers. The five phases – Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation – represent a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools.
IoT Lab facilitates several formats to help beginners in understanding the framework and eco-system, design the architecture of the product and services using FIWARE. Our training material is created with the market-leading authoring tool Adobe Captivate 9. There are high-quality demonstrations and simulations, as well as knowledge assessments, quizzes, interactions and certifications.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
EkoNET service is designed to provide an affordable end-to-end solution for air quality monitoring. The service includes air quality monitoring devices, other sensors for further quality of measurements, the calculation of the Common Air Quality Index (CAQI), a database for permanent data storage, data visualization and analytics, an administration module with customized functionalities, and the web and smartphone applications to visualize measurements as well as to configure and manage the system both for Android and iOS operating systems.
